Nepenthes Journal corrects errors openly. We would rather be accurate late than wrong permanently, and we label what changed so the record is clear.

How to report an error

If you believe we have published a factual error, email editor@nepenthesjournal.example with the article URL, a description of what you believe is inaccurate, and — where possible — a source we can verify the correct information against. We aim to respond within one business day.

How we handle corrections

  • Substantive corrections — errors that change the meaning of a story — are noted in a correction line at the foot of the affected article, with the date and a summary of what changed.
  • Minor fixes — typos, broken links, formatting — are made without a formal note.
  • Significant rewrites are dated, and the original framing is described so the change is transparent.

Why we publish this

A visible, consistent corrections process is a core trust signal. It tells readers — and the systems that cite us — that our published record is actively maintained and accountable.
